PRODUCT RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICYS.
1) Return or Exchange requests will only be permitted during the firt seven days from purchase of a The Big Kahuna product.
2) In order to initiate the return or exchange of an item the client must send us an e-mail to tienda@thebigkahuna.es. Or call our customer services number, 94-894-0210 indicating your reason for return or exchange and also indicating bank account number where we can make your refund. And in the case of return provide us with the style, brand, size, color, etc of said item.
3) Any product to be returned or exchanged must be returned in the original packaging, labeling, etc. The product must be in the same condition as when shipped from our warehouse. This will be determined by our warehouse and returned product officer.
4) We can not accept the return or exchange of any item personalized, or products that can be copied (i.e. CD, games, DVD, etc) or in the case of undergarments or swimsuits. Or any other product that would require some modification in order to return it for sale.
5) If the product is returned for some error on part of the transport company to it´s destination, Kahuna Surf Shop will assume responsibility for the first delivery. If the transport company did in fact deliver the package correctly THEBIGKAHUNA.ES will not assume responsibility. If the client has been billed for the product before delivery we will refund the cost of the product but not the transport.
6) If the return or exchange is due to an error on the part of THEBIGKAHUNA.ES we will send our transport company to retrieve the item at the address originally delivered to. We will, of course, cover all costs evolved. Once we receive your package and we confirm that the product is still in the correct condition and that we are in fact are responsable for the error we will send you a new item or make a refund depending on the return agreement.
7) If the delivery was made correctly on our part and the exchange or return are for personal preferences of the client our treatment of these exchanges will be executed in a different manner. In the case of a returned item, the transport charges will be the responsibility client. To effect a return of this nature the client is responsable to forward the package to the below mentioned address. Once we receive the package and confirm the good condition of the product we will proceed to send you a new product in the case of an exchange or to return the clients money within a period of seven working days, when in the case of a return.

In the case of an exchange of size the client will be responsable for the transport cost
of the return and reshipment.
8) In the case of guarantees, if The Big Kahuna has sent the product properly and seven days have passed since the package was delivered the client will be responsable for the transport charges to The Big Kahuna. With any items returned for defect, we will pay all transport charges from our store to the manufacturer/distributor in question. And its final return to the client.
